About Viking Hotrods
Cars With History Need a Team That Gets It.
Every classic, hot rod and muscle car comes with its own history, quirks and unknowns. Some have been in families for years. Some have been waiting for the right time, the right parts or the right team. Others simply need a workshop that understands old cars and knows how to look after them properly.
Viking Hotrods is a Bomaderry-based workshop for people who care about pre-1990 vehicles. We service, maintain, repair and build hot rods, classic cars and muscle cars with a practical, down-to-earth approach and respect for the story behind every car.
Old Cars. Honest Work. Real Craftsmanship.
Viking Hotrods was built around a simple idea: old cars deserve to be worked on by people who understand them.
Our team works across pre-1990 classics, muscle cars, hot rods, customs, restorations and restomods. From mechanical servicing and maintenance through to body, paint and panel work, diagnostics, performance upgrades and larger custom builds, every job is approached with care, patience and practical workshop experience.
We are not here to overcomplicate things or sell work that is not needed. We look at the car, listen to the owner, understand the goal and recommend the most practical next step.
No Shortcuts. No Guesswork. No Runaround.
Older cars need a different kind of workshop. They often come with history, previous modifications, hidden problems and parts that need proper attention. That is why we take the time to understand what we are working with before jumping into a solution.
At Viking Hotrods, the focus is on honest advice, good workmanship and keeping the project moving in the right direction. Whether your car needs a service, repairs, fault-finding, restoration support or a full custom build, the same standard applies.
We care about the details because the people who own these cars care about them too.

Based in Bomaderry. Trusted Beyond the South Coast
Viking Hotrods is based in Bomaderry on the South Coast of NSW. We work with local owners as well as clients from across NSW and Australia who are looking for a workshop that understands pre-1990 classics, muscle cars and hot rods.
Some vehicles come to us for regular servicing and maintenance. Others arrive as unfinished projects, non-running cars, restorations, restomods or custom builds that need experienced hands. Wherever the car is coming from, the first step is always a conversation.
Built on Trust, Craft and
Old-School Service.
A good workshop relationship matters, especially when the car means something to you. We believe in clear communication, realistic advice and doing the job properly.
That means taking the time to understand the vehicle, explain the work, manage the process and keep the car’s purpose in mind. Some builds are about performance. Some are about preservation. Some are about getting a long-loved car back on the road.
For us, it always comes back to the same thing: real cars, real craftsmanship and work you can count on.
